MIA FOOD TECH’s machinery can also produce praline , nuts coated with caramelized sugar, dragées coated with chocolate , or small pieces (small pieces of nuts) coated with sugar caramelized or chocolate.
PRALINE:
MIA FOOD TECH, has a wide range of automatic and semi automatic machinery to coat nuts or small pieces with caramelized sugar. The machinery is produced with either gas or electric heating systems and also automatic loading of the nuts sugar and water. The finish product can be manually unloaded or automatically unloaded with the optional bowl tipping system.
MIA FOOD TECH also supplies an optional automatic unloading system of the bowl onto the cooling conveyor belt taking the product all the way to packaging.
DRAGÈES:
MIA FOOD TECH, has a wide range of automatic and semi automatic machinery to coat nuts or other products with chocolate .
The machinery is produced using the latest technology to automatically dose and spray the chocolate onto the product to be coated, as well as another automatic system to blow hot and cold air. Electronic temperature management guarantees optimal product coating and finish.
MIA FOOD TECH also supplies an optional automatic unloading system of the bowl on to the cooling conveyor belt taking the product all the way to packaging.

P20RG are semi-automatic, frame completely in stainless steel AISI 304 while bowl are In copper (for sugar) for whole or dicing dried fruits.
Machines include :
1. Electronical system to modify bowl rotation speed;
2. Bowl rotation to unload final products or set the correct angle to coat ;
3. Gas heating system with direct flames adjustable electronically. It’s possible to modify the heating power and set the starting flame in safety condition .

Machines include:
1. Electronical system to modify bowl rotation speed;

3. Cold or warm air blowing system with automatic set temperatures and possible air pipes movements ;
4. Automatic chocolate spray system with heated tank for 5 Kg of chocolate with possibility to modify the spray intensity.
