MIA FOOD TECH’ s machinery can produce crunchy product and /or nougat : manually, semi -automatically or automatically .


In the wide range of machinery produced by MIA FOOD TECH are machines suitable for all types of production of crunchy product and nougat:

 

  1. MIA FOOD TECH has a wide range of cookers with capacities from 10 kg to 120 kg. Cookers are suitable to produce dough, with automatic mixing and cooking of the ingredients. There are various types of heating : gas, steam or electric and it is possible to unload the product automatically.

  2. MIA FOOD TECH can supply semi automatic machinery to roll or press evenly the dough in to the moulds or onto the tables in manual or semi automatic processes.

  3. MIA FOOD TECH, produces a wide range of cutters for the finished product: bars , pieces, cakes, sweets. The cutters produced by MIA FOOD TECH offer a high quality of cut, fast cutting speed, with many possible dimensions while respecting the current health and safety regulations. MIA FOOD TECH is always striving to find new technology concerning reliability and safety. The technology available includes traditional cutting systems with circular blades to ultrasonic cutters.

  4. MIA FOOD TECH produces automatic lines to unload, roll, laminate and cut nougat or crunchy products with capacities ranging from 100 kg/hour to 500 kg/hour.

  5. MIA FOOD TECH produces cooling tunnels that can be added to our systems, cutters or other systems . The widths available are 300-400-600-800 mm and the length ranges between 10 m and 30 m   the dimensions depend on the product being produced. The tunnel can cool, heat or dehumidify the air contained within it.

  6. The products produced by our system can also be coated with chocolate by one of our coating systems that can be installed on our production lines. The coating machines are also supplied with a system to melt the chocolate . They are available with a mesh conveyor belt with the following widths 400-600-800.

Using T15 cooker You increase productivity saving energy. Convert your manual production in a real pastry laboratory with high quality result. Increase your customers and portfolio.

Using T15 You can prepare soft or hard nougat in small spaces or using this machine in trade fair / exhibitions increasing your profitability.

Also used to prepare creams or jams ( 10-16 Kg each batch).

COOKER MOD. T75-1E/ 1ES


T75-1E /1ES are electronic cookers easy to use and deal for big laboratory and industries.

They are designed for continuous production of nougat on 3 shifts.

T75-1E / 1ES can use optional as head lift-up movement and bowl rotation to save operators time in production. Speed rotation adjustable, electronic temperature control.

These cookers fit also for creams and jams receipts ( 60-90 Kg/batch).

AUTOMATIC CUTTER


Automatic nougat cutter, for bars and slices of hard or soft nougat, are the most popular and complete machines able to facilitate in a new and complete job nougat chef because the only manual step is loading the machine with nougat slabs and select the correct programs from the operator panel to obtain bars or slices ready for the packaging.
Production bars from 20 to 40 bars/minutes ; Production nougat candies from 150 to 400 pieces/minutes.

It’s not enough make a good nougat for selling high quality: It’s necessary to work it, laminate and cut giving his best quality also in packs to draw customers. MIA FOOD TECH, following all demands from his customers, innovate his automatic plants for nougat bars and slices with possibility to add chocolate coating machine, following next line scheme :
1. Lamination system;
2. Cooling / warming tunnel;
3. Longitudinal cutter;
4. Transversal cutter;
5. 180° bender belt to feed the second cooling tunnel;
6. Second cooling tunnel to cool final products to feed packaging machines.

More spectacular crunchy products, sweetest creams, good nougat is the result of a correct main job as temperatures, patience and a continuous raw materials kneading. Pastries art require a long experience and continuous care of testing.

MIA FOOD TECH cookers are, for laboratories and industries, high co-workers : preciseness, practiced, tireless, taking operators off from manual process giving them time for other jobs.

Cookers C1-CT1-C2 and CT2 use a planetary system (or a singular spatula), electrical heating system, head and bowl rotation. Can be used stand alone or in a set of cookers (for automatic line). Cookers MIA FOOD TECH are really well-versed and can produce : creams, jams, krokants, nougat, toffee, cereal bars….….

EQUIPMENT FOR THE MANUAL CUTTER
OF CRUNCHY PRODUCT


MIA FOOD TECH equipment are strong, studied to increase the continuous production saving operators energy and time. Table in stainless steel with cooling system it’s used to mix and roll after the cooking process. Manual cutter with blades is used to cut the final bars or slices dimension directly on the table following CE rules.

MIA FOOD TECH has developed a new automatic line for producing crunchy products, with two different capacities:
1. The first line of width 150 mm , production capacity from 60 to 100 Kg / hour;
2. The second line of width 300 mm,  production capacity from 100 to 250 kg /hour;

Both lines consist of:
1. Infeed crunchy product;
2. Sheeter;
3. Tunnel cooling / heating;
4. Longitudinal cutter;
5. Transversal cutter;
6. 180 ° curve to transport product;
7. Enrobing;
8. Cooling tunnel;
9. Device aligning.


All equipments are lead by electronical system and one main operator panel touch screen.  Every part of the plant can be sold separately.
